Exciting week for our 7th grade students! They visited the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey, where they learned about the work of local artists and explored the various elements involved in the art-making process. Over the course of two afternoons, the students dove into visual arts workshops, creating stunning collages inspired by their favorite songs. They also learned about photography composition and put their new skills to the test with their own photos! It was a truly enriching experience for everyone involved!
Thank you to the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey and the Summit Foundation for making this all possible. We can’t wait to see how our students continue to express their creativity!
